The times during the day when sunlight is strong

Sunrise time is one thing but you may not see the sun till some time later and then after that the sun rays becomes bright and strong. I want to know that window of time it remains strong before it becomes weak again.
Right now I am just guessing like 30 mins to 1 hour after sunrise but this could vary with season.
