see movement over a particular address

I'm interested in the position of the sun in the sky over particular houses that I am considering purchasing. This would be a handy tool when considering buying a house. It would show the amount of sun through winter, for example. It would be detailed enough to show the sun move past mountain ranges, hills etc.
