Time when center of sun disc is 6º below horizon

For not night-rated pilots in Europe, offical daytime begins and ends when the sun is 6º below the horizon. For many countries this is a new regulation, and there are not many places to check that easily. For many private pilots in Europe that would be an extremely useful addition.
