Get detailed instructions on how to interpret data

Being new to this concept, not sure I can interpret what this diagram is telling me. I'm trying to calculate best angles and estimate production for a residential solar array. Some of the suggestions (like angle display, etc), might help that. At this point, i'm not sure what its showing me... Sorry!
