see sunlight intensity on a building roof at x hgt

This app is for deciding which building to use for solar panel installation. Multiple buildings on one property with roofs pitched in various directions make it difficult to decide which roof to use to place the solar panels. I need to understand sunlight intensity for each roof during various hours of the day and various days of the year so I think sun shade can play a role along with roof height and maybe even roof pitch.
