Photograph the sunset at two elevations at the same time

I live on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples Fl. I am doing an experiment with my 11 y.o. son. We are going to photograph the sunset at precisely the same time using different cameras at variable elevations. I will be using a Nikon d300 wide angle lens at sea level. He will be using the Yuneec Q500 4k drone camera at 300 meters above sea level. Does the last sliver of sun disappear at precisely the same time in theory?
