to set a given perimeter,radius around the pointer

for windturbines, the active shade radius wich could give problems for surrounding houses has limits.
For example, in Belgium, the active shade radius for windturbines is 2 times the height of the turbine.
If the windturbine has a height of 15m. ( this you can already fill in the suncalc) the active shade radius is a circle with radius 30m around the windturbine (pointer).
If the shade goes out that circle, i should not cause a problem for surrounding houses or people.
It would be cool to also show that on the map.
