distance from horizon to see unobstructed view?

When you look at small black circle and red line, can it extend far enough to represent the distance needed to see unobstructed view. That way you can plan a great spot to watch sunrise or sunset. Maybe this is already represented here? :-) Great site though, 5 stars ★★★★★
