When people are visiting real estate websites, the have no idea of the orientation of the house. Some agencies mention it but not all of them. It would be really useful to have a tool at the page of the advertisement for the real estate object. It can make a huge different for the agencies (no more wasted time because the candidates wanted south-oriented house and couldn't see that in the ad) as the buyers (they can specify their choices).
