The Creations of a RESTful API

The creation of a RESTful API so that others can write mobile and other variants of your application, including the use of the API for Internet connected solar tracking systems.

The RESTful API should be described in RAML 0.8 or 1.0, or some equivalent, and usage charges should be charged for commercial applications.

The data should be sufficient for a developer to replicate your application and should add the height, in degrees, of the sun from the horizon to assist solar tracking applications and/or manual solar panel positioning.
