Solar panel positioning

When I call the function on the web server, a small program generates a table of
compass heading and degrees from horizontal or vertical to point solar panels.

In a selectable resolution as in one position change a month or a week or a day or just the now function calc of position for a single solar panel.

Inputs - current longitude latitude of the solar panel or from current selected position on the map.

This table might drive a solar tracker with atomic time in the future or just a human once a day
