Show minutes in time bar - eg 11:47

When you use the slider for time, it is not clear whether 11:00 is at the line or between two lines. Solution would be to allow 11:00 to become 11:47 (or whatever) so user would be certain AND be able to select precise time. No more space required on display to do this.

If this feature does not ever get added, you can see the exact time you have selected by looking in the Link Address at the top of your brower window (unless you are in full screen mode using the F11 key)

Note, you also see the latitude and longitude in the link address.
