turn the whole plan to viewdirection of a photo

I would like to turn the whole plan with all information to a given direction of a photo.

I know nearly, from which point a photo was shot, I see i.e. a church tower on the photo and on the plan. So I want to turn the plan, to be more precise

Mehrdad was a true gentlemen in every sense of the word. An aoewsme friend to all, a terrific husband and outstanding father. This is a devastating loss to all who knew and loved him.
