Last month we were somehow drceited to Crossroads Shelter and that's where we found Autumn! Our intention was to go to the Buffalo Animal Humane Society down the road, but pulled into the parking lot of Crossroads instead. Autumn (whose name has been changed to Abbie) is a beautiful little dog and so well behaved! She has brought so much joy to our lives and all those who come in contact with her, love her even self-proclaimed non-dog people! We believe she is very content in her new home and knows she is loved! Thanks for all that you do for these homeless animals!

Right now We are eating mostly salads with real blue cheese or oil & vinegar dressing, fresh vegetables like celery, radishes, peas, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower (sometimes in alfredo sauce!), avocadoes, tomatoes, freshly squeezed lemon juice, hardworking liver like steak, turkey, chicken, ham, salmon, shrimp, cream in my coffee, eggs lots of ways including egg salad made with real mayonnaise, omelets, even bacon occasionally.
