Display should show local times Instead of my time

I was using your calculator for a very specific purpose. I wanted to know the position of the sun over Dealey Plaza in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963 at 12:30 PM, the time of JFK's assassination. I carefully input the information and based many arguments on the results obtained.

I belatedly found out that it is my local time that is displayed, and given I'm in California I have to put in 10:30 AM in order to see what was happening there at 12:30 PM. This is not good. Someone else pointed it out to me, and after investigating I found the error.

What good is it to put in a time for somewhere else? This needs to be corrected so that only local times are used. Otherwise it's meaningless.
