get the weather forecast button out of the way

The "weather forecast" button appears over top of the map zoom buttons in the bottom right (Chrome, Windows) and fully obscures the zoom out button. It should be moved.

Related, the "about" / "improvement" links appear over the layer buttons in the top left and partially obscures the buttons, that frame should also be moved.
