see position of sun from street view

It would be great to rotate down to street view and see these sun elevations from where we see them in reality

Export to PDF

It would be nice to be able to export to PDF, JPEG, and several other formats while having the option to hide or show different information.

colours in the key at the side

Not an idea. Just a query. Are the colours for sunrise and the solar noon reversed. I am having difficulty figuring this out. It may be just my ignorance but I would think that the solar noon (light yellow) should be about halfway between...

Overlay a year of sunsets. Excellent site!

I would like to see a "pie wedge" that indicates where the sun set over a period of a year (or some arbitrary length of days). Also, I would like to choose the dates from a calendar.

create bookmarks of locations which show the current time

Currently, I save bookmarks in my browser for locations I often need. However, opening these bookmarks always gives me the time when the bookmark was saved, not the current time. It would be great if suncalc supported URLs which only contain...

Visualize sunlight coming through a simulated window

I found this site while thinking about which direction to orient a house on a building lot. It's extremely helpful to me. However, to be able to show a layperson (like my wife), it would be great to have an optional overlay of a window (on the...

Solar panel positioning

When I call the function on the web server, a small program generates a table of compass heading and degrees from horizontal or vertical to point solar panels. In a selectable resolution as in one position change a month or a week or a day or...

See the terrain, showing contour lines/elevation

It would be useful to see the terrain, showing contour lines and elevation to give an idea if an adjacent hill will block the sun! Ideally the app would approximate when the location is in shade due to adjacent hills.

Move the weather link over the minus button

There is no way to minimize the map if the weather button is sitting directly over it. Does it happen to more people than just me?

The "weather forecast button" blocks the zoom tool

Move either the weather tool or zoom tool so they are not on top of each other. Great app though!

The about and weather links are blocking buttons

It is very annoying that the about Suncalc and weather links are on top of the map style selection and zoom buttons. It is almost impossible to avoid them.

get the weather forecast button out of the way

remove the weather forecast tag away from zoom +/-

In the SunCalc app, the tag for the weather forecast covers the zooming in/out tag. Please correct this.Thank you very much in advance!

suggest correction

This is awesome! But at least on my Mac / Firefox 50.1.0 your textblocks "About SunCalc" and "Weather forecast" appear ON the GoogleMap's "Satellite" and "-" (minus) buttons making it very difficult to use them.
