You can rotate the map by clicking on the small icon in the lower right corner (you need to click the "grid-like" 3d button to see this icon). But the 'sun trajectory' illustration stays in the 'north up' orientation.

Looking at Austin, TX during 8/9/18-9/28/18 the sunset angle disappears. Moving north to Lat 33.78, the angle highlight reappears. Anomaly appears to be consistent across the southern US and Mexico.
